Description
NYLONEX UltraBond is a hygroscopic special film with a special adhesive for one-sided lamination when an absolutely flat position of the printed product must be guaranteed, e.g. with postcards, softcover book covers, as well as hardcover covers to prevent loosening and roll up to avoid edges. This is achieved due to the hygroscopic property of the nylon material of GMP NYLONEX UltraBond, which has the same elongation properties as paper fibers when absorbing moisture. Lamination requires a laminator with a decurler and when laminating, the direction of the paper fiber must be parallel to the laminating roller. Nylonex is supplied on 3″, 77 mm roll cores. |
